Delivery conditions We use different shipping services depending on the country to which the package is sent. To track your package, our shipper will notify you by email and provide you with a tracking number. When placing your order, please include your email address so we can send you the tracking number for the package. We aim to prepare and ship your order within 2 business days [Monday to Friday, excluding holidays]. Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-5 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 3-45 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the online store has the right to deliver the goods within 60 calendar days. If your order has not been dispatched within 4 working days, please contact us. We use all reasonable resources to ensure that delivery times are met, but we are not responsible for delays in packages sent by third parties, for example due to bad weather conditions. If you have not received your order, please write to us at info@tantrade.ee. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after placing your order. If you contact us later, unfortunately we will not be able to track your order or issue a refund. We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge. If your order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, insufficient/incorrect addresses, we will not be able to refund shipping costs. If your order was shipped with free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If your order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping costs. If your order was shipped free of charge and the recipient's address was incorrect, you must compensate us for the shipping cost.
